We are looking for a SR Desktop Engineer with an engineering mindset who can develop and implement solutions through automation. The environment includes Microsoft 365 / Products with SR level troubleshooting expertise. Must have experience with Intune - light scripting skills, automation 'I built processes'. Must also have strong 'root cause analysis' skills; identifying and improving upon repeatable tickets.
