This is a 4-6 month contract-to-hire position that will be based in Enfield, CT, transitioning to a hybrid work model after training. The candidate must also be flexible to travel to Farmington, CT as needed. The role involves taking full lifecycle ownership of support tickets from initiation to resolution, coordinating with other teams, and escalating blockers appropriately. Responsibilities include performing root cause analysis, monitoring ServiceNow incident queues, analyzing ticket trends, maintaining hardware and software environments, providing 2nd level support, and contributing to a Knowledge Base.
