About The Position
Yitty is looking for a Senior Designer to join an extremely fast-paced team of passionate and energetic creative individuals. The Senior Designer will work towards the vision of being the world's most fashionable, innovative, and inclusive shapewear-intimates-lifestyle brand. This role requires a highly energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who understands the brand's aesthetic and customer for Yitty. The Senior Designer will report to the Senior Director, Design and partner closely with various teams including Merchandising, Product Development, Production, and Technical Design. Additionally, the Senior Designer will mentor and guide junior designers.
