The candidate should be trained and experienced in digital design, web, and mobile development in an enterprise environment, with a focus on designing with mobile layouts in mind. The ability to understand and articulate the technical feasibility of solutions and communicate effectively with technical developers to transfer design to deliverables is crucial.
