As a Senior Graphic Designer at SPX Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and marketing communications for our multi-product brands. This position is integral to the marketing team, where you will be responsible for the graphic design and development of both digital and print marketing materials. Your work will directly support various marketing initiatives, ensuring that all communications are not only visually appealing but also strategically aligned with our brand messaging. You will collaborate closely with other marketing professionals to create, finalize, and distribute internal and external communications that resonate with our target audiences. In this role, you will be tasked with developing and designing multi-channel marketing content, ensuring that the messaging is effective and on strategy. This includes researching, designing, and sometimes writing complex sales collateral tailored to specific audiences. You will maintain digital and print graphic design concepts that support the organization's image and identity, while also considering how content and copy contribute to the overall design and messaging strategy. Your understanding of journey maps and positioning statements will be crucial in delivering brand value through marketing communications. You will oversee the creation of all graphic design assets needed during the commercialization process, including packaging design, photography, video, digital assets, websites, social media content, and in-store environments. Additionally, you will manage day-to-day website maintenance, ensuring that site content meets the latest product and company standards. Analyzing web analytics reports to provide recommendations for improving website traffic and lead generation will also be part of your responsibilities. You will assist Brand Managers and external agencies with SEO strategy and serve as an in-house resource for marketing communications. Continuous improvement is a core value at SPX, and you will be expected to assist in refining in-house marketing communications processes and creative workflows. You will guide graphic designers and vendors to adhere to established methodologies for asset management, ensuring that all materials are easily accessible for future revisions.
