Sr. Designer, Creative Development - Temporary
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Designer to join our creative team at dentsu. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in conceptualizing and executing visually compelling solutions across shopper marketing, retail display, and omnichannel programs. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to translate client briefs into designs that not only meet aesthetic standards but also drive strategic business objectives. Requirements
- Proven experience in shopper marketing, retail display, or omnichannel campaigns.
- Strong conceptual and executional design skills; ability to translate strategy into compelling visuals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with 3D design tools (e.g., 3ds Max) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conceptual Development Generate innovative ideas and design concepts that align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and shopper marketing strategies. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for retail activations, in-store displays, and below-the-line campaigns.
- Design Execution Produce high-quality visual designs across retail, experiential, print, and digital platforms, including branding, point-of-sale materials, and omnichannel assets. Ensure designs are adaptable for multiple retailers and environments.
- Collaboration Work closely with account managers, copywriters, and other creatives to integrate design elements into comprehensive shopper and retail campaigns. Partner with 3D specialists and production teams to bring display concepts to life.
- Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.
- Innovation & Trends Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in retail and shopper marketing, and apply them to elevate creative output.
