About The Position

The Sr. Designer / Art Director (Digital) at BNO is a full-time creative role responsible for producing imaginative content for digital, social marketing, and print collateral for Fortune 500 clients. The role is hybrid, based in either St. Petersburg, FL, or Somerville, NJ, and emphasizes a progressive mindset and curiosity in the creative process.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a Sr. Designer/Art Director at an agency, design boutique, or media company.
• Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Workfront is required.
• Subject matter expertise in print and digital marketing, including user-centered design principles.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with healthcare marketing is a plus.
• Video/photo direction and editing or animation experience.

Responsibilities
