The Sales Manager for Aftermarket at Pumps Americas LLC is responsible for managing and driving the aftermarket growth to achieve order and sales volume as well as profitability for all aftermarket products globally. This role involves presenting aftermarket spare parts, replacement pumps, repair services, retrofit, and upgrade opportunities. The Sales Manager will develop capture strategies from foremarket OEM sales, identify and track the installed base to pinpoint areas for growth, and maximize the aftermarket entitlement. Additionally, the position supports channel partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities to achieve revenue and margin targets.
