In this role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing social justice through high-impact civil rights litigation. You will lead a growing team and ensure that legal work meets the highest standards. Your contributions will also shape the strategic direction of the legal docket and strengthen partnerships with various stakeholders. Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in any U.S. state.
10+ years of experience in civil rights or complex civil litigation.
Track record of supervising legal teams and managing litigation.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and cases simultaneously.
Strong commitment to social justice and civil rights.
Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex civil rights cases from strategy to settlement.
Supervise and mentor attorneys and legal staff to ensure high-quality legal work.
Collaborate with the Legal Director on strategic litigation priorities.
Build relationships with community organizations and partners.
Engage in public education and advocacy-related activities.
Assist in managing client relationships and partnerships.
