About The Position

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Strategist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end campaigns aimed at increasing demand for our Software Development solutions, particularly focusing on Compass. In this position, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive B2B demand generation strategy, collaborating closely with sales, product marketing, and various internal teams. If you are passionate about launching new business initiatives and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this role is perfect for you. We are looking for a senior marketer who possesses a creative mindset and is adept at crafting delightful customer experiences and campaigns that effectively reach our target audiences. You will thrive in analyzing funnel metrics and have a strong understanding of how to generate pipeline through various marketing programs and channels. Your role will involve not only the art of marketing but also the science, as you will be tasked with building, implementing, and measuring new systems, processes, and campaigns. You will collaborate with world-class product teams and emerging businesses within Atlassian. In this role, you will manage both macro and micro-segmentation to deliver targeted and relevant messaging that enhances engagement and conversion rates. You will facilitate campaign success by developing robust distribution strategies and executing operational processes to launch, measure, and adjust campaigns effectively. You will take ownership of awareness, adoption, and retention campaigns, working closely with fellow demand generation experts and product marketers to ensure that messaging and execution are consistent across multiple channels, including paid, organic, owned, and web. Additionally, you will support the Product Marketing team with new features and product launches, translating business goals into actionable demand-generation strategies and execution plans. A deep understanding of Atlassian's products and customer journeys will be essential for successfully marketing and engaging our key targets and personas. You will be responsible for measuring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, delivering weekly performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership. Driving alignment with Sales and Product Marketing will be crucial to ensure seamless execution and achievement of quarterly pipeline goals. You will also partner with Analytics and Performance marketing teams to develop a comprehensive measurement framework and leverage marketing automation tools and technology integrations to boost demand.
