About The Position
Genesys is looking for a Demand Generation (DG) Operations Senior Manager to support the North America region. This is a strategic individual contributor role that oversees and continually improves the regional DG operating model. This position reports to the VP of DG Operations. The role requires a diverse range of skills, including executive influence, technical and DG expertise, and analytical proficiency. The primary focus of the role will be to support regional field marketers, event marketers, digital marketers, BDRs and their leadership to improve the Demand Generation engine for the region measured in database growth and health, mid-funnel engagement, and pipeline created and accelerated.
