Requirements

• Planning, Designing and Building OpenShift and Kubernetes Architectural Topology: A provable track record of conducting requirement definition and scoping sessions with customers, particularly in communicating prerequisites, sizing, implementation, integration and Service setup to support IBM products on Cloud/Hybrid/Premise deployments.
• Workshops and Documenting deployment: A provable track record of documenting the implementation requirements that connect phases such as design, development, integration, migration, production support, and development operations, as well as administration and delivering workshops to demonstrate the capabilities.
• Leading Implementation Team: Skills and knowledge for leading a team of Software engineers during the implementation and deployment of RedHat OpenShift and Kubernetes base to support of IBM products.
• OpenShift and Kubernetes platform Engineering: Cluster pre-setup, installation and Post setup and Administration tasks.
• Strategic planning and Execution: Drive business and technology strategies and initiatives into actionable roadmaps with clear direction on execution to ensure business value and ROI.

Nice To Haves

• Technology Expertise: Experience working with architecting and installing a broad spectrum of Cloud and platform OS including RedHat OpenShift, Kubernetes technology solutions, on all supported platforms and Cloud/Hybrid/Premise based solutions.
• Agile methodology experience: Good understanding of Agile, collaborative methodology to design, configure, deploy, and maintain systems.
• Cloud technology implementation: Experience implementing cloud technology across complex projects.

• Agile Planning and Execution: Creating and executing agile plans where you are responsible for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations.
• Technical Solution Workshops: Conducting and participating in technical solution workshops.
• Building Effective Relationships: Developing successful relationships at all levels -from engineers to CxOs-with experience of navigating challenging debate to reach healthy resolutions.
• Self-Motivated Problem Solver: Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills as you work across the client, partner, and IBM team.
