Examples of Work Delivers data, reports and dashboards with the key performance indicators and metrics needed to make business critical decisions and drive business results . Builds strong working relationships with data consumers to understand the link between data requests and business process decisions. Works with data consumers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand business rules behind available data to enable proper interpretation for metrics. Perform data cleaning and transformation Analyze, interpret, and compile large amounts of data to find impactful insights that drive decision-making. Create, execute or analyze basic test scenarios to verify that client requirements are built into system design. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to be a champion of change and for data literacy for the organization. Aid in the creation and maintenance of documentation of data artifacts to ensure smooth operations and a robust knowledge base. Teach, train, and educate others across the organization with respect to best practices for presenting and analyzing data to deliver business value. Position is located at the Nebraska State Office Building in Lincoln. No hybrid/remote work.
