Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis required.
  • Strong technical background in data science, including experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions to complex problems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and similar tools for data analysis, modeling, and dashboard development.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead technical projects and mentor team members.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Experience supporting data governance activities, such as metric standardization, data quality validation, documentation, or enterprise reporting alignment
  • This position requires the employee to be a US Citizen and the ability to obtain a Public Trust. This position may also require the ability to obtain a higher security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of healthcare IT is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer data problems and develop technical solutions using a wide range of data techniques and technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop project tasking and distribute tasks to project team members.
  • Serve as the primary customer technical lead for assigned projects or workstreams.
  • Mentor and guide project team members on technical implementation and the big picture goals of the project.
  • Contribute to bid and proposal activities including solution development and content generation
