About The Position

The Human Resource Analytics team at Citizens Bank leads the organization's understanding of workforce insights and organizational health. Responsibilities

• Synthesize business goals and strategy with HR, productivity, and market data to build integrated, tangible recommendations on talent and culture topics to drive individual and organizational outcomes.
• Employ consultative and analytical techniques to make recommendations, moving from the 'so what' and 'now what,' to drive impact across Citizens.
• Consult with business clients on workplace insights including diagnoses, research design, hypothesis testing, advances analyses, visualization, and presentation.
• Translate complex analyses for executive audiences and develop visualizations to help people understand findings and insights.
• Design and consult on talent assessment methodologies, both internal and third party.
