About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our CSAT Analytics team, focused on uncovering insights that drive exceptional customer experiences. This role blends advanced technical skills with a deep understanding of the customer journey. You'll lead efforts to analyze structured and unstructured data - including customer survey responses, operational metrics, and touchpoint interactions - using tools like Python, SQL, and large language models (LLMs). You will work with a variety of business areas to improve CSAT outcomes and elevate the voice of the customer across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field is required.
  • Master's or PhD in a quantitative field is preferred.
  • 6 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
  • Advanced Python skills, with proficiency in packages such as Panda.
  • Deep expertise in at least two of the following skillsets: Programming & Process automation, Data Visualization, Statistics & Statistical Modeling, Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading.
  • Strong communication skills and strong experience in financial services.
  • Strong project management skills.

  • Experience engineering solutions using cloud platforms and exposure to scaling solutions in the cloud.
  • Expertise on multiple data visualization tools.
  • Expertise in machine learning, feature selection, and feature extraction.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage business expertise to design and execute analytical solutions using optimization, simulation, data mining and other statistical methods with a focus on delivering actionable business value that contributes to the decision-making process.
  • Integrate large volume of data from different sources (including DB2, SQL Server, Web API and Teradata) to create data assets for ad-hoc analyses and larger studies.
  • Apply validation, aggregation and reconciliation techniques to create rich modeling-ready data framework.
  • Use a broad range of techniques to construct predictive models to explain and understand observed events, forecast expected behavior, or identify risk through scoring or clustering.
  • Efficiently interpret results and communicate findings and potential value to influence manager leaders and business partners decisions.
  • Play a lead role in integrating solutions within existing business processes using automation techniques.
  • Understand theory and application of current and emerging statistical methods and tools.
  • Coach, mentor and develop lower level Data Scientists.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
