  • Develop and execute statistical and mathematical solutions to business problems using statistical techniques including Random Forest, Regressions, Clustering, and inferencing.
  • Write code in Python, Pyspark, and SQL to pull data and develop models.
  • Use AI Machine Learning techniques including XGB, Transformer, and LSTM to make quantitative predictions.
  • Perform statistical analysis on customer experience data.
  • Program in cloud environments, including using AWS and Databricks.
  • Use Github, Jira, and Confluence for project management.
  • Frame problems, develop roadmaps, and communicate intended approaches and quantitative methods to develop solutions.
  • Improve products and services or solve problems using best practices and knowledge of internal and/or external business issues.
  • Use analytical rigor and statistical methods to analyze large amounts of data, extracting actionable insights using advanced statistical techniques.
  • Build customer-centric models and optimization tools to support large-scale projects that utilize online & offline data, structured & unstructured data.
  • Develop and deploy predictive models based on historical data that provide future predictions about employee behavior.
  • Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on applying data science techniques to business data.
  • Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, any Engineering, or related technical field.
  • One (1) year of experience using statistics techniques including Random Forest, Regressions, Clustering, and inferencing.

  • Experience with data analysis, data mining, optimization tools, and machine learning techniques.
  • Knowledge of predictive models, LTV, and propensity models.
