McLane is looking for a Sr Manager, Data Science to join our fast-paced Data CoE team! As the Lead Data Scientist on the Data CoE team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of high impact projects related to supply chain, procurement and inventory management within Retail and Restaurant sector. The ideal candidate will be hands-on lead and grow a team of data scientists supporting the data science strategy and roadmap. This role has a meaningful impact on the overall business, requiring the candidate to operate with a high degree of autonomy and effectively communicating insights and plans to all levels of the organization. This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.
