The ERO is critical to maintaining Vanguard's essential business services, determining what scenarios are most likely to disrupt the delivery of those services, and ensuring that we are prepared to respond. Enterprise Resilience Office (ERO) has the following three primary focus areas with vision for integrated reporting across: Business Continuity: Overseeing crisis management and incident response. Technology Risk Management: Offering risk advisory support to IT and Improving Vanguard's ability to recover from a cyberattack. Third Party Risk Management: Stewarding the third-party risk lifecycle and reducing extended enterprise risk. The Sr. Data/Reporting Analyst is vital to accomplish the mission and the vision of our ERO; they analyze data, assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations in support of large strategic business initiatives. Awhile actively developing the analytics community at Vanguard by coaching others internally and participating in external events.
