About The Position

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) team through effective data management and quality oversight. Your expertise will ensure compliance-related data is accurate, secure, and aligned with internal policies. You will leverage enterprise big data platforms to enhance compliance reporting and audits. Accountabilities Support management of compliance-related data assets, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Perform basic data access, validation, and analysis using Snowflake and Databricks. Assist in enforcing data governance and compliance-related policies. Conduct data validation and quality checks to identify compliance issues. Prepare data for compliance audits and internal assessments. Maintain comprehensive data documentation. Support ingestion and validation of data from various sources. Utilize SQL to query and validate compliance-related datasets. Collaborate with various teams to enhance compliance reporting. Escalate data quality or compliance risks and recommend actions. Keep updated on developments in data governance and compliance regulations.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in cybersecurity and data management.
Working knowledge of Data Governance and Compliance Support.
Proficient in Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, and API Data Integration.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Big 4 or audit background preferred.
Executive-level presentation abilities.
Experience leading global and distributed teams.
Demonstrated people leadership experience.
High level of autonomy with the ability to lead initiatives.
Ability to perform under high-pressure environments.
Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
