About The Position

As a Senior Data Migration Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex data migration projects across cloud and on-premise environments. You will leverage your expertise in AWS and Snowflake to design and execute migration strategies, ensuring smooth transitions for critical enterprise data. With a strong foundation in data governance, asset management, and modern data tools, you'll provide leadership in implementing best practices for data quality, cataloging, and governance. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge platforms, partner with global stakeholders, and deliver solutions that empower clients to make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on experience with data migration, primarily on the AWS platform.
• Proven experience with platform migration from On-Premises/AWS Redshift to Snowflake (AWS).
• Strong knowledge of asset management processes related to data migration.
• Experience with analytics and data integration tools such as Dataiku, Power BI, and Alteryx (preferred).
• Solid understanding of data governance frameworks, including data quality (DQ) management.
• Experience with data cataloging tools like Alation or Collibra.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead migration strategies and guide teams through complex transformation projects.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in data practices.
