Requirements

Doctorâs degree in fields like biomedical sciences or health informatics.
7+ years of experience in data management or informatics programs.
Deep knowledge of federal data security standards.
Broad technical background in networks, hardware, and cloud services.
Experience in risk management and data security.
Exceptional communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution for data linkage using various methods on longitudinal datasets.
Direct day-to-day production including study intake, workflows, linkage runs, and data delivery.
Coordinate with technical leads to keep linkage workflows robust, scalable, and secure.
Translate policies and controls into processes that govern linkage operations.
Own metrics and dashboards for linkage throughput and data quality.
Drive continuous improvement using automation and AI workflows.
Manage communications with staff, stakeholders, and research teams.
Lead and support training for scientists and analysts.
Plan and execute transitions for linked datasets and documentation.
