  • Develop and deliver statistical analyses to evaluate business scenarios, run A/B tests, and recommend strategies that optimize business investments.
  • Monitor existing metrics, design new performance measures, and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Take ownership of recurring reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and business relevance.
  • Partner with the Marketing and Cake Rewards teams to analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Interpret disparate datasets and communicate findings in a clear and actionable way for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, business intelligence, or economic modeling (preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry).
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis and statistical modeling, including A/B testing, segmentation, linear/nonlinear regressions, and related methods.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses.
  • High proficiency in Excel and experience with programming languages such as SQL and R.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical analysis to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong curiosity to identify opportunities through data and continuously improve performance.
  • Master's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or Finance.
  • Experience in the full-service restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Python, Tableau, GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SessionM, BigQuery, and Azure environments.
