Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake.
- 8 years of strong expertise in Azure cloud services.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with MuleSoft for API-driven integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and distributed systems.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical initiatives.
- Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and navigating ambiguity.
- Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring engineers.
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare data experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert for Snowflake and Azure, leading implementation efforts.
- Develop and maintain API-driven integrations using MuleSoft.
- Drive migration from on-prem SQL Server environments to Snowflake.
- Implement engineering best practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
- Troubleshoot complex data and platform issues, providing long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with various teams to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.
- Mentor and support data engineers through guidance and code reviews.
- Optimize data models and compute usage for cost-efficient operations.
- Partner with IT and security teams to ensure compliance and data quality.
- Evaluate and introduce new tools and frameworks for the data platform.
