Sr. Data Engineer
About The Position
TK Elevator is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Data Engineer to join our global DOC organization located in Atlanta, GA The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in modern data platforms with deep understanding of industrial service businesses, IoT telemetry, and machinery comparable to elevators and escalators. (include team player) This role is key to transforming IoT and service data into actionable insights, supporting field operations and digital service innovation at TK Elevator globally.

Responsibilities
- Derive measures based on data analysis to drive field productivity, including insights to optimize technician efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve service delivery
- Communicate how data use cases create business value and communicate to business stakeholders accordingly
- Work closely with Field experts, Service SMEs and R&D teams to contextualize data and derive operational and engineering insights
- Use established procedures and artifacts from our Common Data Platform that is based in Databricks and MS Azure
- Make use of data IoT telemetry, customer data, service data as well as further internal and external datasets
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts for data exploration, transformation and advanced analytics
- Apply data modelling and validation techniques to ensure accuracy and consistency
