About The Position

Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc., Cincinnati OH, has multiple openings for the position of Sr. Data Engineer. Work will be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Ability to travel and/or relocate is required. Telecommuting may be permitted. The Sr. Data Engineer will write, update, and maintain software applications; perform production maintenance of code; gather solutions requirements. Own technical commitments to clients and work with the team to successful delivery of solutions. Analyze, design, and code for complex requirements as well as write programs of complexity. Responsible for defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, drawing valid conclusions, and preparing appropriate reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty
Six (6) years of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related field
Experience working with: Development tools: Spark, Scala, Python, Hadoop, and Shell scripts
DevOps tools: GitHub, Jenkins, SonarCube, Checkmarx
AWS Cloud
CI/CD pipeline development
Agile development
Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available)
