Our challenge Responsible for designing, building, and supporting enterprise crypto and digital asset platforms with a strong emphasis on data engineering, analytics, risk, and regulatory reporting. Acts as a technical and functional leader across complex initiatives. Additional Information The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).

Requirements

  • Advanced data engineering and enterprise analytics expertise.
  • Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle or equivalent), big data platforms, ETL tools.
  • Experience with regulatory and risk reporting frameworks.
  • Proven leadership in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, XP).

Responsibilities

  • Lead system design and development for crypto trading, analytics, and risk platforms.
  • Deliver scalable data solutions covering ingestion, modeling, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Implement data quality controls, governance standards, and regulatory-ready architectures.
  • Provide SME leadership across market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, and stress testing domains.
  • Own full SDLC execution including requirements, design, development, UAT, and production support.
  • Support production stability, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Guide Agile delivery and mentor junior team members.
