About The Position

As the Sr. Data Conversion Specialist, you will be focused on designing, executing, and managing data conversion processes. This role involves leading the technical architecture of data conversions, collaborating with clients to resolve issues, and ensuring successful data migrations. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality data conversion solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in data conversion, data migration, or ETL processes
• Expertise in database management and data processing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of data conversion projects
• Ensure the integrity, quality, and accuracy of converted data
• Lead the integration with third-party platforms and tools for data processing and validation
• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Manage project timelines, resources, and client communications
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data conversions
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, tools, and best practices in data conversion
