At Betterment, we work hard to maximize every dollar our customers have entrusted to us. Data plays a critical role in nearly all of our pursuits and operations — it is core to how we prioritize the focus of hundreds of engineers, product managers, and designers, how we allocate resources to different customer acquisition channels, how we efficiently run the operations of a business that manages over $50 billion dollars of our customers' money, and much more. The Analytics team drives impact across all areas of Betterment, partnering with teams to shape strategy, identify opportunities, and influence product decisions that deliver the best experience for our customers. Projects range from building intuitive dashboards that provide a pulse on the business to performing deep dives into customer behavior that uncover game-changing insights and turning those deep dives into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will contribute directly to Betterment's success by conducting thoughtful data-driven analyses and delivering insights that inform business and product decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders in marketing, product, and operations to analyze performance, define success metrics, and surface trends and opportunities. You will regularly perform complex analyses, build thoughtful dashboards, and identify key trends in our data, helping teams make smarter decisions and laying the groundwork for long-term value for our customers and the company.
