Senior Data Analyst – Enterprise Analytics (US Remote) We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Analytics team. This role is US-based and remote, supporting business teams operating primarily in US time zones. This is not a theoretical analytics role. We are looking for someone who has personally built, maintained, and supported dashboards and reports that were actively used by business teams — and who can clearly explain the decisions those analytics supported. If your experience is limited to coursework, generic templates, or purely academic projects, this role will not be a fit.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience in a professional, business environment.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering dashboards or reports that influenced decisions — not just built for demonstration.
  • Strong working knowledge of at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma, etc.).
  • Comfort working with imperfect or evolving data and improving it over time.
  • Clear, direct communication skills and the ability to explain numbers without jargon.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders during US business hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle (EBS/Fusion/HCM), Jira, or similar enterprise systems is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using Git or version control in an analytics or engineering context is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards that are actively used by business, finance, and operations teams.
  • Translate loosely defined, real-world business questions into clear metrics and reporting — often without perfect requirements.
  • Partner directly with US-based stakeholders to clarify needs, challenge assumptions, and iterate on solutions.
  • Work closely with data engineering to ensure data definitions, logic, and sources are accurate, governed, and trusted.
  • Revisit and refine analytics as the business changes — including retiring dashboards that no longer serve a purpose.
  • Use tools such as Snowflake, DBT, Fivetran, Informatica, Sigma, and Salesforce as part of daily work.
