About The Position

Gift of Life Donor Program , a non-profit agency serving eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and Delaware. We are responsible for recovering organs and tissues used in lifesaving and life-enhancing transplants. Must live in the Philadelphia area currently . Will be responsible for the delivery of reporting and business intelligence deliverables to internal and external stakeholders to make informed decisions and/or derive insights with respect to Gift of Life Donor Program (GLDP) strategic goals and objectives, utilizing Power BI, SSRS, SSMS, and SSAS.

Requirements

  • BS degree in information management, operations research, applied math, data science, computer science, or related field.
  • Ability and experience facilitating meetings
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Power BI, SQL, SSMS, SSAS, and SSRS skills with experience building reports and dashboards
  • Proficiency in a statistical programming language like R or Python.
  • Local candidate required
  • Demonstrated application of statistical techniques for project work.
  • Excellent command of effective data visualization and storytelling concepts.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Be able to drive projects and facilitate meetings

Responsibilities

  • Develop reports and dashboards to support stakeholders in making evidence-based decisions in setting and achieving Gift of Life Donor Program (GLDP) strategic goals and objectives.
  • Add value through the application of different data analysis techniques and identify new opportunities where advanced analytical techniques can be leveraged to solve business problems.
  • Assist in planning for future resource requirements that are necessary to support ongoing and new information deliverables.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of processes to manage the availability and performance of data assets and deliverables.
  • Support efforts to promote stakeholder data literacy to derive additional value out of information deliverables.
  • Apply advanced analytic or statistical skills to derive actionable insights that assist stakeholders in realizing operational and strategic objectives
  • Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including intake, stakeholder engagement, testing, implementation, and documentation
  • Promotes a learning environment and shares knowledge with the team
