ADP is hiring a Sr. Data Analyst (SQL/Tableau/Databricks). This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in San Dimas CA or Tempe AZ. This is not a remote role. As a Senior Data Analyst at ADP, you will be involved in data reporting and analytics, analyzing data patterns between disparate complex data sources and structures, and designing and developing data extractions and complex transformations using ETL tools. You will create robust data reporting solutions through Cognos and Tableau, present analysis to drive business decisions, and collaborate with business teams to refine deliverables. You will also be expected to solve complex data scenarios and participate in the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of new and existing business processes.
