About The Position

The Sr. Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting data-driven decision making across FNTS by collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into actionable insights. This position reports through Finance and partners closely technology, sales, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, develop reporting and dashboards, and drive continuous improvement in data processes and analytics capabilities. The role blends strong analytical expertise with business acumen and a focus on delivering clear, reliable insights to leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics in a business or organizational context
Demonstrated ability to work with large and complex datasets with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); strong Excel skills required
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and working knowledge of SQL or relational databases
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Compliance with bank policy, laws, regulations, and BSA/AML requirements
Advanced Excel analysis and data modeling
Data visualization and dashboard development
SQL and data querying concepts
Strong problem-solving and research skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to collaborate across IT, Finance, and business teams

Responsibilities

Collect, extract, and analyze data from internal and external data sources to support business and technology initiatives
Extract, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting and analytics solutions
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations used for decision-making across FNTS
Perform exploratory and ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate business requirements into analytical solutions
Support data governance, audit, and compliance requests by ensuring timely delivery of accurate and well-documented data
Maintain and enhance documentation, procedures, and controls related to data management, reporting, and analytics processes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytics capabilities
