The Global Supply Chain Operations Intelligence (OI) Team rapidly develops and deploys new innovations to improve existing processes and enable new capabilities to allow for more precise and synchronized inventory flow from end to end. The OI Team leverages business experience, thought leadership, and analytical acumen to manage cross-functional problems for the global supply chain. We are looking for exceptional people who are proactive, creative, independent, innovative, and comfortable with ambiguity. The First Mile Transportation Team within OI currently uses a wide variety of analytics tools including SQL, Python, R and visualization tools to work with small, sparse datasets as well as larger data platforms. Requirements

  • 4-year degree (or equivalent experience) in business analytics, supply chain, economics or related field
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • 3+ year s as a Data Analyst with strong academic performance in a quantitative field; or strong equivalent experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills, can work with ambiguity and lead the team through it
  • Exceptional communication skills, can hold crucial conversations
  • Passionate about developing talent as well as empowering businesses with data ; proven track record of guiding a diverse team and delivering results
  • Proficient with one or more scripting languages for data analysis - Python or R
