Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Endpoint Protection & Management, this role works closely with cybersecurity, IT operations and our market teams to ensure our endpoints are resilient, secure, and well-managed across global environments.

Requirements

7-10+ years in cybersecurity/endpoint management with 3-5+ years of hands-on with Tanium in complex global enterprises.
Expert with Tanium solution areas and platform operations.
Advanced scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation and content development.
Strong operating system knowledge across Windows, macOS, Linux; networking fundamentals; enterprise endpoint hardening, and complete vulnerability management lifecycles.
Ability to document processes and communicate technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
Build and sustain strong partnerships with cybersecurity, IT operations, and business stakeholders across global environments.
Establish trusted relationships through clear communication, accountability, and consistent delivery.
Empower team members to operate as trusted advisors by sharing knowledge, mentoring, and promoting confidence in technical decision-making.
Effectively influence and balance competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Demonstrate the ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions in a highly complex, fast-paced, and demanding environment.
Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
Exhibit strong collaboration skills, fostering alignment across multiple teams and service partners.

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications such as Tanium Certified Operator (TCO) and Tanium Certified Administrator (TCA).
Security certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP)
Experience working with or supporting technology within restaurant or retail environments
ServiceNow integration experience

Responsibilities

As the platform SME, design, implement, and maintain endpoint management solutions using Tanium
Deep understanding of Tanium solution areas such as Core, Patch, Deploy, Comply, Enforce, etc.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of the Tanium platform.
Lead health management, client performance tuning, and lifecycle updates for Tanium
Maintain documentation, runbooks, architectural diagrams; lead knowledge transfer and mentoring for platform usage across security and IT operations teams.
Build and optimize sensors & packages (PowerShell, Python, Bash), saved questions, dashboards, and scheduled actions aligned to security and IT operation use cases.
Engineer patching strategies, software deployment and vulnerability remediation workflows across large scale estates.
Operationalize solution areas such as patching, software distribution, endpoint discovery, hardware and software inventory collection, vulnerability scanning, and CIS compliance, and report posture to auditors and leadership
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Tanium with SIEM, SOAR, CMDB, and other custom tools to unify IT operations and security.
Partner with Vulnerability Management to prioritize and mitigate risk; produce executive-level reporting on exposure, compliance, and remediation progress
