About The Position

As a Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer (CSfC), you’ll design and implement compliant Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) architectures with the goal to deliver secure, mission-critical capabilities across the federal government. Requirements

  • An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred (relevant experience may be substituted).
  • 7+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience, including at least 3 years implementing NSA CSfC capability packages.
  • Hands-on experience designing Data-at-Rest (DAR) and Data-in-Transit (DiT) architectures.
  • Hands-on experience implementing CSfC-approved encryption and tunneling solutions.
  • Experience integrating and operating SIEM monitoring within high-security environments.
  • Meets DoD 8140 DCWF Role 441 – Network Operations Specialist requirements.
  • Holds one or more relevant certifications such as GMON, GRID, CEH, Cloud+, CySA+, GSEC, PenTest+, Security+, or SSCP.
  • Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Data-at-Rest (DAR) and Data-in-Transit (DiT) architectures in compliance with NSA CSfC capability package requirements.
  • Engineer, integrate, and validate CSfC components including encryption, tunneling, and cross-domain protected solutions.
  • Perform solution validation and compliance activities against NSA CSfC requirements, STIGs, and applicable security controls.
  • Support secure operations, continuous monitoring, and incident response within classified and high-security environments.
  • Integrate and operate SIEM and security monitoring tools to ensure visibility, detection, and rapid response to security events.
  • Participate actively in Agile execution, technical design reviews, and security architecture discussions.
  • Troubleshoot complex security, networking, and encryption issues across tightly controlled environments.
  • Communicate complex security architectures, risks, and mitigation strategies clearly to technical teams and government stakeholders.
  • Contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up while operating with precision, discipline, and accountability in mission-critical environments.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence through technical excellence, operational reliability, and sound security engineering judgment.
