About The Position

As a Sr CX Training Professional here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to shape the customer experience training strategy and initiatives that will drive our organization's success. Your expertise in instructional design, training methodologies, and leadership will be crucial in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the capabilities of our employees at all levels. You will report directly to our Sr Customer Experience Training Supervisor and you'll work out of our Mason, OH location on a Remote work schedule. In this role, you will drive organizational success by elevating customer experience, strengthening employee skills, and fostering a customer-centric culture. Lead instructor-led training programs based on technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, with a primary focus on industrial maintenance professionals in material handling. Continuously assess and update training curricula, and deliver safety and operational best practices. Emphasis on material handling systems, controls, and automation.

Requirements

  • Extensive background in industrial controls automation.
  • Experience training professionals in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive knowledge and working experience in industrial material handling, maintenance and operations environments.
  • Comfortable presenting and speaking to an audience.
  • Ability to travel domestically/internationally up to 70%.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education and relevant work experience.
  • Experience in PLC, VFD, HMI, industrial communication/networking systems, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving products and technology.
  • Experience as a trainer/educator for technical products.
  • Excellent team and communication skills.
  • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
  • An ability to influence across a broader organization.
  • Being the best at your craft, possesses a strong desire to learn, and having a passion for sharing what you know.
