The Customer Solutions Specialist (CSS) is responsible for providing the highest level of technical support and service to authorized installers and solar + storage system owners. The CSS will manage service & scheduling, providing troubleshooting support, and authorize warranty repairs with limited supervision and minimal guidance from leadership. CSS acts as the single point of contact for complex product-related issues working cross-functionally with Technical Support, Customer Support, and the legal department to resolve issues in a timely manner.
