As a Senior Customer Service Representative at Americold, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner. This position serves as the primary point of contact for National Accounts across multiple sites, making it essential to maintain favorable relationships with customers. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering telephone inquiries, scheduling, and performing various clerical duties. Your role will also involve generating all necessary paperwork and information required for customer work orders, including checking on special requests, expediting orders, tracking orders, and maintaining post-inventory records. Additionally, you will assure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer-generated invoices and providing clerical support by overseeing all paperwork associated with orders, maintaining corresponding files, and operating office equipment as needed. In this senior-level position, you will coordinate recalls, national holds, item master maintenance, and reporting across multiple sites. You will also participate in training and coaching on customer service functions, providing guidance and direction to the customer service team in applicable locations. Your ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, along with your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, will be vital in addressing customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
