About The Position

As a Sr Customer Marketing Specialist here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will support our Electronics and Specialty Materials (ESM) marketing team in Morris Plains, New Jersey. You will be responsible for developing and executing customer-focused marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. You will play a key role in aligning our marketing efforts with customer needs while promoting our products and services effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement go-to-market plans working with Strategic Marketing to determine quantifiable value propositions and action segmentation
• Develop measurable marketing strategies, based on briefs and team expertise, that combine a variety of tactics, such as marketing automation and demand generation, digital campaigns, shows and events, paid media and public relations to communicate and market to customers
• Work with various internal and external stakeholders to support the development of appropriate customer marketing materials to use in marketing campaigns and programs
• Manage the marketing budget for your programs
• Understand sales pipeline and revenue generated from Customer Marketing efforts, and be able to evaluate, optimize tactics and report outcomes
• Ensure effective new product introduction through the development and execution of targeted (digital first) campaigns to target verticals, channels and influencers
• Lead brand migration project to ensure all marketing assets are updated into the new brand templates and implemented globally.
• Develop an annual customer marketing plan with specific goals in terms of MQL, SAL, SQL, Marketing Generated Pipeline, Marketing Generated Revenue and budgets
• Establish and drive an effective marketing communications strategy for new products globally to all key offering partners: internal sales, channel partners, end users and influencers
