The Sr Customer Experience Coordinator is an entry-level contributor that solves customer related problems of limited complexity and scope and performs a variety of administrative assignments to gain knowledge and skills related to the department. This role will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the customer experience, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. This position is on our Commercial M1-X Team.
