About The Position
This newly created role will report to the Sr. Director of CRM and will help build personalized recommendations/experiences for customers. You are an organized and innovative individual to be the subject matter expert on customer campaign targeting, analytics, and automation. In this role, you will help drive customer lifetime value through campaign segmentation, risk-level assessment, offer allocation, predictive models, and NBE (next-best-everything) algorithm enhancements.
