About The Position

Microsoft’s Consumer Marketing Organization’s Marketing team is revolutionizing the art of storytelling in the age of AI. The Brand Creative Lab is looking for a Sr. Creative Producer to lead the development and execution of compelling video and media content that drives brand engagement and business impact. This role blends production expertise and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality storytelling across platforms. In this role you will lead the end-to-end execution of Microsoft’s consumer-facing content for Microsoft Copilot, Windows, Surface, Edge, and M365. You will oversee daily production workflows, manage complex delivery schedules, and serve as the central point of contact for creative production requests. This role demands deep expertise in translating strategic briefs into platform-optimized content, managing production budgets and vendor relationships, and ensuring all content adheres to Microsoft’s brand, accessibility, and legal standards. You’ll collaborate closely with agencies, internal creatives, and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns, cultural moments, and innovative storytelling formats to life driving engagement and elevating Microsoft’s presence across social channels. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a strategic lens to creative execution.

Requirements
