About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and creative Senior Creative Content Manager to lead our visual marketing initiatives. This senior role will be responsible for defining and executing the overall creative strategy, brand development, and production of all creative assets across five distinct B2B industrial segments. This individual will manage and mentor a team, but also have heavy involvement in day-to-day deliverables. They should have experience with Graphic Design and Videography, and be able to support & contribute in these two areas. In collaboration with our current Graphic Designer & Videographer, they will ensure all content is highly engaging, brand-consistent, and effectively translates complex industrial products into compelling edutainment and sales-enablement materials for a broad digital audience. The ideal candidate will be a player-coach who is also a visionary leader capable of driving a unified and impactful visual content strategy across all B2B segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film Production, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Eight (8) years of experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, videography, and digital content strategy.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience managing a team of creative professionals (designers, videographers, etc.).
  • Proven experience in a B2B, industrial, or manufacturing environment, ideally with exposure to multi-segment brand strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Expert-level understanding of creative workflow, video production techniques, and digital optimization for various platforms (YouTube, social media).
  • Exceptional strategic, storytelling, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and simplify technical information for a broad audience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and a team simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and content management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, own, and execute the creative and visual content strategy for the Marketing Department across five B2B industrial segments.
  • Manage, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for the Graphic Designer and Videographer direct reports.
  • Conceptualize, design, and oversee the production of all marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, social media, website banners, email templates), ensuring segment-specific relevance.
  • Lead brand development initiatives and maintain absolute brand consistency across all visual communications and creative assets.
  • Oversee and direct the full video production cycle (planning, shooting, editing) for all high-quality video content (product demonstrations, how-to guides, testimonials, promotional videos).
  • Direct the transformation of complex technical concepts into accessible visual content (infographics, diagrams, interactive media).
  • Collaborate with senior product and sales leadership to ensure creative assets effectively serve sales enablement goals for all five B2B segments.
  • Stay updated on and implement current design, videography, and digital content trends and best practices.
  • Manage the department's digital asset library and creative content calendar.
