About The Position

Senior Counsel, Compounding & Pharmacy Regulatory Strategy Revive RX is a rapidly scaling 503A and 503B compounding pharmacy platform operating at national scale. Together with Ways2Well, a pioneering longevity and preventive medicine organization, we are transforming the intersection of pharmacy, clinical innovation, and technology. As we advance toward ambitious 2026 growth milestones, we are evolving our legal function from reactive compliance to strategic infrastructure. We seek an accomplished compounding-healthcare regulatory attorney to serve as the strategic second-in-command within our Legal department—a visible executive partner who will architect regulatory frameworks, embed deeply with operations, and drive the next phase of enterprise growth. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the regulatory backbone of a private equity-backed healthcare platform positioned for transformational scale.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of healthcare law experience with demonstrated regulatory expertise
  • Deep fluency in compounding pharmacy regulation (503A/503B experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience advising on FDA and FTC regulatory matters
  • Active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with comfort operating in high-growth, dynamic environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within private equity-backed healthcare organizations
  • Dual credentials (Pharmacist + JD) highly valued
  • Prior in-house experience embedded with Quality or Manufacturing functions
  • Track record of reducing external counsel dependency and building internal capabilities
  • Multi-state healthcare regulatory experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the principal internal authority on 503A and 503B compounding regulatory frameworks
  • Provide strategic counsel on FDA compliance, inspection readiness, and enforcement risk mitigation
  • Guide FTC marketing and promotional compliance initiatives
  • Advise on Board of Pharmacy compliance across multi-state operations
  • Proactively identify and address regulatory exposure before escalation
  • Participate actively in Quality, Compliance, and Manufacturing leadership meetings
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with operational executives
  • Deliver real-time, business-aligned legal guidance that enables execution
  • Transform Legal from a reactive review function to a forward-looking strategic partner
  • Design and strengthen enterprise-wide compliance systems and internal controls
  • Partner on audit response, remediation planning, and corrective action implementation
  • Assess regulatory risk across facilities, operations, and expansion initiatives
  • Build scalable compliance frameworks to support aggressive growth trajectory
  • Provide strategic counsel on Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) doctrine
  • Provide strategic counsel on Telehealth operations and multi-state licensure strategies
  • Provide strategic counsel on MSO-Physician Collaboration (MSO-PC) structural arrangements
  • Provide strategic counsel on Physician compensation models and alignment strategies
  • Provide strategic counsel on HIPAA and healthcare data privacy compliance
  • Analyze and advise on regulatory frameworks including Stark Law and physician self-referral prohibitions
  • Analyze and advise on regulatory frameworks including Federal Anti-Kickback Statute
  • Analyze and advise on regulatory frameworks including Civil Monetary Penalties Law
  • Analyze and advise on regulatory frameworks including Medicare and Medicaid regulatory requirements
  • Support strategic initiatives including Geographic and service line expansion
  • Support strategic initiatives including Strategic partnerships and joint ventures
  • Support strategic initiatives including Organizational structure optimization
