Zscaler is looking for a talented, highly motivated, and business-oriented Senior Counsel with extensive experience negotiating a variety of complex inbound and outbound agreements to join our Legal team. The Senior Counsel will provide support to Zscaler’s Partners & Alliances, Procurement, Sales, and Business Development teams. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Head of Channel & Commercial, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating Reseller, MSSP, and partnership agreements, as well as creating terms and conditions for channel programs and initiatives. You will also draft, review, and negotiate Zscaler’s vendor agreements, including SaaS, license agreements (including the use of AI/ML), hardware, data center, cloud services, security addenda, and DPAs. Additionally, you will negotiate Zscaler’s customer agreements, including SaaS contracts, security exhibits, and BAAs, while collaborating with sales, channel, procurement, and business development teams, providing legal advice and support. Creating and updating templates, playbooks, and processes to maintain consistency and efficiency in the legal function is also part of your role.
