About The Position
The position involves maintaining the costuming integrity of assigned shows and productions, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and quality standards through all tasks. Responsibilities include constructing new costumes, coordinating the cleaning and maintenance of costumes, making necessary repairs, and managing the install and strike of assigned festivals and shows. The role also requires maintaining the organization of costuming areas, assisting performers with dressing needs, and attending dress rehearsals. Frequent communication with Stage Managers and other staff is essential to ensure costumes are in top condition.
