About The Position
Accountable for the daily management and coordination of program financial operations, including overseeing, monitoring and evaluating program performance; directing the preparation of program budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in infrastructure, technology, equipment, systems, or other assets and resources; analyzing and approving program investments that best meet the organizations’ business needs. Evaluates, monitors & coordinates activities related to the cost & scheduling control for assigned programs and projects according to appropriate GASB rules. Communicate with project owners, assigned staff, vendors, contractors, and other Authority support staff for each initiative as it relates to cost and scheduling. Oversee the delivery of initiatives from a cost management perspective. Supports delivery by budgeting and cost forecasting and analyzing through closeout.
