Match Group is seeking a motivated and talented Corporate Paralegal to help navigate through corporate governance and public company reporting-related matters globally. This position will report to the VP, Corporate and Securities Counsel and is hybrid, based in the Dallas, TX office, requiring in-office presence from Tuesday to Thursday.

  • Support compliance with U.S. securities laws, including contributing to and reviewing Section 16 filings and other reports filed with the SEC, such as proxy statements.
  • Support shareholder meeting processes, including director and officer questionnaires.
  • Maintain and implement corporate governance practices and policies, ensuring compliance with NASDAQ listing requirements.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Human Resources, and other global teams to address subsidiary corporate governance matters in the U.S. and Americas.
  • Take ownership of U.S. and Americas subsidiary corporate governance matters, including entity formation, dissolution, compliance, and regulatory filings.
  • Maintain corporate records of U.S. and non-U.S. entities, including director and officer information.
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of corporate transactions, including capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring projects.
  • Serve as a point of contact for other parts of the business, answering questions about various global entities.
  • Coordinate signatures, notarizations, and legalization of legal documents for matters in various countries.
  • Identify and implement improvements to current operations and workflows.
  • 8+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal, ideally at both a top-tier law firm and in-house at a public multinational company.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of U.S. public company reporting, including Section 16 reports and SEC filings; legal entity formation, dissolution, and compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with experience improving and streamlining processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, problem-solve, and complete complex projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and outside advisors.
  • Proficient in DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with online entity management platforms.
