About The Position

Lumeris is a healthcare transformation company built on the belief that primary care is the foundation of a better healthcare system. Our AI-enabled platform, Tom is designed to fundamentally reshape how primary care and value-based healthcare operate — not incrementally, but structurally. As we scale Tom as a standalone growth engine, we are entering a pivotal phase of enterprise expansion. This role sits at the center of that effort. The Sr. Corporate Development Manager will play a critical role in executing the company's enterprise growth strategy — supporting capital raises, strategic partnerships, and high-impact growth initiatives tied to scaling a high-growth healthcare technology platform. Partnering closely with executive leadership, including the CFO and Chief of Staff, this individual will guide cross-functional teams, influence executive decision-making, develop investor-ready materials, and translate complex data into compelling executive narratives.
